Service Description

Personalized email coaching where we explore the areas of struggle, begin to identify childhood core wounds, belief patterns, emotions, recurring thoughts and the coping mechanisms you are using. We can also explore personality needs, boundary setting, and communication. Together we develop a personalized program with individualized tools to help you begin your journey of healing from the inside out. Packages include four emails per month.
