Groups are 3-5 people and meet several times per week. You can sign up and come as often as you would like!

About Me

I am a high sensory coach with a passion for helping people heal attachment-based wounding through individual and group coaching. My coaching focuses on childhood wounding and limiting belief patterns, patterns of emotions, developing healthy patterns of communication, and building somatic awareness to increase the mind-body connection.

My work also includes helping children develop emotional literacy and behavior modification through presence-based play groups. Groups are held in four-week sessions and take place throughout the country in various settings.
